Job Description
Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
Ensure effective follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure invoicing closure in accordance to service standards.
Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experience.
Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations and delivery orders.
Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments.
Liaise with Warehouse for order picking and readiness.
Assist and liaise with Customers on their Ad hoc requirements.
Assist with procurement tasks, including processing supplier invoices.
Organize and maintain purchasing records and documentation.
Other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum Polytechnic Diploma, or an equivalent qualification
At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or customer service
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Compensation
Working location: South West of Singapore
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Transport pick-up at Joo Koon MRT and Jurong East MRT
