Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Project Manager to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of application-related projects within the defense and security public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end application project management from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals and compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage project timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, demos).
Track and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure quality standards and security policies are maintained throughout the SDLC process.
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate UAT planning and execution, including test case review, defect tracking, and user feedback.
Support audit, documentation, and handover processes in compliance with public sector protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
