JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist Operations in administration works, back-end support.
To prepare monthly route plan to input plan visit.
To ensure all clearance, safety course updated and liaise with external customers.
To generate reports: mileage, system (M3/Merit Portal) for staff to attend, issues, daily.
To monitor annual leave and update medical leave status if any.
To liaise with staff of any refund needed.
Any other ad-hoc administration work to support OS.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
Some experience in operational background would be an advantaged.
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Work Location: Atlas Vending Solutions Pte Ltd, Kaki Bukit View
