Position: Store Manager – Beauty & Lifestyle Retail

Full-Time Commitment
Work Days: Scheduled 5 days per week
Location: North Area (Various stores)

Key Responsibilities:

People Leadership

• Recruit, train, and onboard retail staff

• Manage team KPIs and conduct performance reviews

• Schedule rosters aligned with store traffic trends

• Foster a motivated team with strong service and grooming standards
  

Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive sales targets and grow the customer database

• Analyze performance and execute improvement plans

• Manage customer feedback to ensure satisfaction

• Promote loyalty sign-ups and enhance in-store experience
  

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Ensure visual merchandising follows brand guidelines

• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels

• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and audit compliance

• Uphold store hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

• Background in retail, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or hospitality is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills

• Customer-centric, proactive, and results-driven mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
