Contracts Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-out) - #1098871

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis and develop strategies for cost reduction to maximize project value

• Prepare tender and contract documentation in compliance with local building and construction regulations

• Perform feasibility studies based on client requirements, including site visits and future work assessments

• Collaborate with contractors and builders to propose cost-effective solutions that meet quality standards

• Provide guidance on contractual claims to ensure project scope is effectively managed

• Track and document design changes, updating budgets accordingly

• Review completed work, process contractor payments, and allocate upcoming work packages

• Be prepared to work extended hours when required to meet project deadlines

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution

• Strong skills in cost estimation and financial analysis

• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

• Proficient in using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in renovation and fit-out projects in Singapore, particularly in interior design and joinery
