Job Responsibilities

• Provide polite and helpful responses to all customer, client, and colleague inquiries

• Handle payments accurately and resolve any discrepancies quickly

• Safely store and deposit cash according to company procedures

• Follow financial and accounting guidelines

• Reconcile daily collections with POS system reports

• Assist with other duties as assigned when needed

Job Requirement

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 years or Cashiering / Customer Service experience

• Have prior relevant experience in the scope that has been assigned

• A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude

• Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to multitask and handle high volume of work

• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
