Working Location: Bendemeer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 530pm
Job Scope:
Assist with the check-in of customers for their advisory and mediation sessions
Provide guidance to customers on the process of e-lodgement, online appointment booking, as well as scanning and uploading of documents for mediation
Manage the customers effectively in the case of big group arrival, walk-in, latecomers and difficult customers
Conduct first cut assessment to determine the urgency of walk-in customers
Perform other ad-hoc and administrative duties including conducting phone survey and filing
Job Requirements:
Min. GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Customer Service Oriented with good interpersonal skills
