The Administrator is responsible for the entire training process, from organizing sessions to preparation of training materials. This role will also include managing attendee registrations, feedback, and ensuring attendance.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and are not limited to the following:
Coordinate and organize training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
Schedule and confirm trainers, ensuring that training materials are prepared on time.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, participation, and session details.
Ensure full participation by confirming attendance and following up with participants as needed.
Gather feedback from participants, analyze training evaluation and adjust training structure or content accordingly.
Provide administration support to QA/QC team members when required.
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in training coordination, administrative support, and managing training sessions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently with a focus on continuous improvement.
