Logistics Officer (warehousing operations) - #1098760

Job Responsibilites :

· Ensure all ecommerce orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

· Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock check and replenish the stock when needed

· QC check : Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the company’s standards before dispatch.

· Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.

· Plan the warehouse spacing and maximize warehouse space utilization.

. Evaluate and review existing procedures for the warehouse operations so as to maintain a smooth and efficient operation weekly.

-Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply chain.

-Keep a clean and safe working environment.

- Assist on Annual stock take and cycle count.

- Coordinate with Order Administration Team to ensure timely delivery.

-Collect the shipping documents and verify to ensure that match the shipment accurately.

- Resolve customer issues when needed

-Generate Weekly / Monthly Reports (Numeric Data)

- Other ad-hoc assignments from Management.

Requirements:

Prefer to have at least 2 years of warehousing experience

Familiar with warehouse operation management

Those with relevant professional certificate in warehousing is a plus

Physical fit

Proficient in MS Excel

Good Communication Skills
