Sales Coordinator

• Up till $3500 basic + variable bonus

• 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm)

• Penjuru Ln, Singapore 609216

The Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Monitor order patterns and inventory needs & Proactively re-orders or stock replenishment based on usage trends.

• Process and manage all sales orders retrieved from various channels accurately and promptly.

• Coordinate with customers, internal Sales team, and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints; escalate to relevant parties when necessary.

• Maintain and update daily sales data

• Assist in preparing sales quotations and handling enquiries in alignment with the S&M Manager.

• Sales support- assist in  phone-in orders, quoting prices based on agreed terms with the S&M Manager.

• Support the Sales team in the execution of promotional activities and price updates.

• Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned.
