Coordinate schedule for technicians (standby schedule, monthly servicing schedule, repair / replacement schedule etc).
Handling enquiries and prepare quotation to client.
Handle all Lift Renewal (PTO) and BCA Lodgement monthly basis.- Monitoring
Oversee the day-to-day operations of techinicians.
Maintain documentation and filing system
Preparing Letter of Indemnity and issuance/renewal of Jurong island pass for Technicians.
Verify & Issue customers’ repair order quotation and to ensure PO is received from customer.
Preparing New contract, monthly renewal of contract and to ensure to get acknowledgement from Customer.
Preparing Status report for quotations/Contract weekly basis.
Preparing Status report for service, Repair & Call back daily basis and weekly basis.
To ensure all expenses and payables are recorded and e-filed into ERP, as well as hard copy filing
To prepare and send invoices for customers on a daily basis
To check and submit Petty Cash to director
To chase customers for payment regularly to ensure cash flow is healthy
Ability to multi-task and ready to take on more scope from management as required, and establish work priorities through proper planning and coordination.
You are expected to carry out the duties as assigned to you from time to time by the Manager or Officer acting on behalf of the organization.
