Key responsibilities:
Responsible for scanning hardcopy employee files into digital files
Organize and upload digital files into HR systems using a consistent naming and filing structure
Verifying the accuracy of scans and completeness of documents
Keep track of progress and follow up on any missing or unclear documents
Handle all documents carefully and confidentially
May also be roped in to support arrangement of interviews
Perform ad-hoc support duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience, preferably someone with experience in bulk scanning and filing of documents
Reliable and highly organized
Must be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
