Lead L2 Technical Service Engineer - #1098672

Key Responsibilities:
Resolve advanced technical issues across systems, cloud, and infrastructure
Lead IT projects (e.g., M365 migration, server upgrades, AD setups)
Review and ensure quality of infrastructure deployments
Train and support L1/L2 engineers; document SOPs and best practices
Collaborate with clients and internal teams for solution planning and delivery
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Familiarity with Azure, backup tools, and basic networking (firewalls, VPNs)
Experience in a Managed Services or Systems Integrator environment preferred
Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or ITIL are a plus
