Organize and schedule internal meetings, including preparing agendas and booking meeting spaces.
Manage staff calendars and appointments to support effective time management.
Facilitate clear and timely communication between departments to promote collaboration.
Maintain and update company records, ensuring documentation is organized, accurate, and easily accessible.
Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing personnel files.
Job Requirements
Diploma Holder
4-6 years of relevant experience
Proactive and possess agility to work in a startup environment
