JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and source for spare parts based on technical specifications

• Evaluate suppliers for quality, lead time and reliability to ensure optimal vendor

selection

• Prepare accurate cost estimation for floating cranes and land-based projects

• Validate commercial team quotations for accuracy and completeness prior to

Management approval

• Interpret and analyse part books, drawing and OEM manuals to verify part

compatibility and specifications

• Source alternatives for obsolete / discontinued components 

• Work closely with internal teams Purchaser, CMMS and Logistic teams to ensure

smooth operations

• Ensure proper filing for audit purposes

• Supporting Manager and Management for the ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sales, or a related role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or procurement software.

• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management software.
