Responsibilities
· Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications.
· Label, pack, and organize medications accurately.
· Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
· Receive and manage incoming stock, including unpacking, labeling, and shelving products.
· Monitor and replenish inventory levels to ensure continuous product availability.
· Manage cashier duties and handle transactions when required.
· Comply with all health and safety regulations and pharmacy policies.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the pharmacist or supervisor.
Requirements:
· Minimum higher Nitec and above or any other equivalent qualification.
· Prior experience in a retail or healthcare setting is an advantage.
· Good communication and strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and provide excellent service.
