Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical solution strategy for complex customer engagements across industries, acting as the primary solution owner in collaboration with sales and business teams.

• Develop integrated solutions that combine SICK and third-party technologies to solve automation challenges in logistics and manufacturing.

• Customers Engagement in meetings, technical workshops, and industry events — influencing decision-makers with both technical clarity and business insight.

• Mentor and support - building best practices in application design, deployment, and customer engagement.

• Drive technical innovation by identifying emerging customer needs, translating them into scalable application patterns.

• Oversee proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and pilot deployments — ensuring real-world validation and stakeholder alignment.

What You Bring

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, sensor solutions, machine vision, or system integration roles.

• Strong track record in solution architecture, technical consulting, and customer project leadership.

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and drive customer conviction.

• Familiarity with integration platforms, industrial networking, data protocols, and PLC/robot environments is highly advantageous.

• Strategic thinking, proactive ownership, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
