Marketing Executive (Beauty & Fragrance) - #1098561

You will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that reflect Rituals’ philosophy — combining ancient traditions with modern luxury. You’ll bring the brand to life through impactful storytelling and local activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of 360° marketing campaigns

• Localize global brand strategies and seasonal campaigns to resonate with the Singapore market

• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Retail, and Digital teams to ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints

• Coordinate lease line weekend activations and in-mall campaigns to increase footfall and enhance brand presence at the retail level

• Manage Public Relations and influencer outreach to drive brand awareness and affinity

• Coordinate marketing events, store openings, and customer engagement activities

• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand plans

• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and reporting

Who You Are

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or premium retail

• A keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling

• Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
