Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office tasks, ensuring seamless operations
Prepare and generate reports, quotations, purchase orders, and contracts
Coordinate appointments and meetings between teams and clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
Source and liaise with suppliers for procurement needs
Provide exceptional reception services, handling incoming calls and visitors
Compile and submit daily reports and updates
Respond to email and facsimile enquiries in a timely manner
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
