Project Coordinator (ACMV / HVAC / Electrical / Mechanical) x3 - #1098536

Job Description:

• Report to Project (Sales) Manager and communicate with all project team members

• Update status of individual projects

• Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.

• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.

• Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.

• Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.

• Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.

• To prepare submission of material and drawing

• To identify possible technical problems and seek for solution

• Coordinate the safety management system on site.

• Supervise project deliverables regarding site co-ordination and installation of M&E works

• Follow up and reporting on the project progress.

 Job Responsibility:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV trade

• Work location Singapore Island wide
