Remuneration: Salary Based + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients in the construction and M&E industry
Build and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, developers, and building owners
Understand client needs and provide basic technical support for our ACMV solutions
Set up meetings and coordinate with the sales and technical teams
Track leads, follow up on project opportunities, and update CRM systems
Stay updated on market trends and upcoming construction projects
Requirements:
5–10 years of relevant experience is a strong advantage
Some technical experience with M&E systems (especially ACMV)
Experience working with M&E consultants or building owners
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to understand project drawings, specs, or tenders (basic level)
Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
Preferred:
Background in engineering, building services, or construction
Familiar with CRM software and sales tracking tools
