Logistic Officer
5.5 days (Sat Half day)
Location: Pioneer
Basic Salary: $2600 - $2800

Responsibilities:

• Process orders using PSA Haulier Community System and declare permits via CrimsonLogic.

• Handle shipping documentation and coordinate with shipping lines or agents.

• Arrange courier services and make payments on behalf of customers.

• Coordinate with internal haulage, warehouse, and depot teams, as well as external partners.

• Prepare and submit customer and internal reports on a daily or monthly basis.

• Generate TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme reports for import/export activities.

• Manage monthly accrual submissions and ensure accurate billing documentation.

• Finalize HCS orders, verify PSA charges, and prepare supporting documents for billing.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks

• Team player with good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
