About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at Gree Air Conditioning Singapore PTE. LTD . This full-time role is based in the Alexandra North Central Region of Singapore and will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our financial accounting and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Performing financial data analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the manufacturing industry

• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders

• Familiarity with Singapore's financial reporting standards and regulations
