Job scope

·       Pursue new commercial projects and markets to optimize company assets and achieve sales targets.

·       Conducting research to identify potential markets, trends, and customer needs within the office design & renovation industry.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

·       Identify potential customers and projects.

·       Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys.

·       Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

·       Follow up and negotiate with customers while adhering to company pricing policies.

·       Coordinate with Operations Department and customers on project executions.

·       Manage project costing, prepare quotation based on clients’ requirements

·       Project managing. Site Supervision. Work Schedule within timeline

·       Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work is smooth.

·       Able to travel to site during renovation period

·       Responds to clients’ email/tele enquires in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

·       Candidates with GCE O-Level and above or relevant courses will be considered

·       Or minimum 1 year experience preference

·       Knowledge in Photoshop & AutoCAD (preferred but not necessary)

·       Committed, driven and self-motivated

·       Responsible and team player.

·       Possess a positive & vibrant personality, creative with an eye for detail

·       Able to see job through from concept to execution

·       Meticulous, passionate, good communicator, excellent time management
