We’re partnering with a well-established international brand to hire a Business Development Executive focused on growing their Home Sewing Machine business. This is a permanent role based in Singapore with strong earning potential and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets through strategic planning and business development initiatives across B2B and B2C segments.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle: cold calling, lead generation, product demos, and client follow-ups.

• Plan and execute promotional events and roadshows to boost brand exposure.

• Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns and product positioning.

• Oversee inventory planning and ensure optimal stock levels via sell-in/sell-through data tracking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and retail channels.

• Lead a small team of promoters, including training, target setting, and performance reviews.

Ideal Profile:

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in consumer electronics, appliances, or tech sectors.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable with market research, competitor analysis, and product planning.

• Independent, self-driven, and open to occasional travel for client and partner engagements.
