You Are Expected to:-

You will be responsible for delivering psychosocial care to patients whose physical, emotional, psychological, social, and economic functioning have been affected by the onset of illness. Patients and their families are helped to cope with illness through interventions: psychotherapy, supportive counseling, grief counseling, financial assistance, restoring and expanding patients’ social support networks, and linking patients and their families to relevant community resources and support. 

In addition, this role would require the applicant to:

• Responsible for making social visits
• Conduct interviews with patients and family members
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues
• Liaise with government departments and social service organizations

The Successful Applicant

You will be a self-driven and motivated employee with good knowledge and concept of social care. 

In addition, you will possess

• Degree/Masters in Social Work or related field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
