Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Communications - #1098433

We are seeking an individual passionate about serving the community, with skills and experience in marketing and a flair for putting together visually compelling imagery to tell a story. The incumbent should possess creative acumen, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and exceptional team spirit.
The scope of work will generally encompass the following duties:
Digital Media:
To improve HCA’s brand presence and participation using digital platforms
1) Social Media
· Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
· Design and curate branding and fundraising content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
· Analyze social media metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
2) EDMs
· Manage a EDM calendar across all internal departments
· Manage database and send newsletters to recipients
· Clean up database after every campaign
3) Website updates
· Maintain an up to date calendar of events on the website
· Update relevant publications or information promptly
Internal communications:
Working with internal stakeholders to enhance internal communication, promote employee engagement, and maintain a positive organizational culture through various initiatives eg
1) Townhall Coordination:
· Plan and coordinate company townhall meetings, including logistics, agenda creation, and speaker coordination.
· Assist in preparing presentations and materials for townhall events.
· Ensure smooth execution of townhall meetings and facilitate audience participation
2) Staff Giving Programme Management:
· Develop and manage staff giving initiatives
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support charitable causes.
· Organize staff bazaars or similar events to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
· Promote staff giving initiatives through internal communication channels and encourage participation.
Who you are :
Diploma holder or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
Easy going and works well with all levels of seniority
Team player who can work independently and is self-driven with a high level of accountability
Well-versed in using the Microsoft Office suite, visual design and editing software
Photography, videography and video editing skills a plus
