Responsibilities

Generate sales leads to pursue new clients through referrals, business directories, and cold calling.
Follow up on sales leads generated by other employees or departments within the company.
Regularly call or visit existing clients to ensure satisfaction with products or services and to introduce new offerings as they become available.
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and proper maintenance of sales accounts.
