• Ensure clinic's operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.

• Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.

• Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.

• Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Min N / O level

• No experience needed, training provided

• Those with relevant experience will be advantage
