IT Project Coordinator - #1098362

Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• East - Tampines

• Basic UP $5500 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Manager in managing project timelines and priorities based on business needs and team availability.

• Track and review IT project and change requests and maintain an updated project list and report on progress.

• Evaluate business process changes, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate with requestors and the DevOps team.

• Support 42Q system issues and creating SOPs.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution design for manufacturing and business systems.

• Report project updates to stakeholders and assist in developing IT solutions and backup systems.

• Perform system analysis to identify gaps, support testing (SIT/UAT), and ensure quality deliverables.

• Coordinate with global IT teams (SAP, B2B, WMS, etc.) for issue resolution and testing.

• Work with support and development teams to identify and fix system bugs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in gathering user requirements, analyzing needs, and writing functional specifications for IT systems

• Familiar with SQL and relational databases; basic understanding of Java or .NET frameworks and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Basic coding skills preferred.

• Experience in IT or knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
