Position Summary:

• Support the achievement of store goals in sales, productivity, and customer service

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards

• Act as a brand ambassador, exceeding customer expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership and accountability for individual productivity.

• Customize selling approach by reading customer cues and preferences

• Build long-term client relationships (e.g., through loyalty programs/clienteling)

• Provide service according to the Brand standards

• Maintain a high-energy, enthusiastic presence on the sales floor

• Work collaboratively with team members to exceed performance targets

• Regularly use internal communication tools to stay updated on performance and company news
