•Plan and execute B2C marketing strategies and content calendar for the organisation across multiple platforms, with the aim of elevating brand awareness, public engagement and drive lead generation.

•Work closely with Creatives Team, Talent Acquisition Team and other BUs to design and develop creative, engaging, and high-quality recruitment marketing collaterals and campaign assets, such as brochures, flyers, videos, and so on, for the desired target audience.

•Create compelling marketing narratives and spearhead effective marketing campaigns to differentiate company’s offerings from its competitors.

•Identify and formulate appropriate brand positioning, messaging, value proposition and differentiation as employer of choice.

•Work closely with third-party vendors to organise corporate and marketing events including trade exhibitions, career fairs, as well as third-party collaborations such as advertising and content marketing campaigns, etc.

•Support media outreach and media monitoring efforts to drive positive media coverage and enhance organisation’s reputation

•Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned, not limited to other ad-hoc requests necessary to the smooth operation of the communications and marketing function.

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

•Candidate to preferably possess Diploma/Degree in Communications or related discipline.

•At least 3 years of work experience in Communications and Marketing

•Detail-oriented person with excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Highly motivated and self-driven with a desire to step up to help others

•Problem-solver capable of multi-tasking efficiently and working across multiple projects
