About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Procurement Assistant to join our team at ZWT ASIA PTE LTD' in Jurong West, West Region. In this full-time role, you will provide critical support to the procurement functions, ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of materials and services to enable the successful operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the procurement team in sourcing, evaluating and selecting suppliers

• Process purchase orders and track order status to ensure on-time delivery

• Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to procurement activities

• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing as needed

• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and provide procurement support

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems

What we're looking for

• prefer experience in a procurement or supply chain. Welcome fresh graduates as well

• Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• A team player with the ability to work independently or less supervise and prioritize tasks effectively
