• Manage thesis submission and examination matters for research students (PhD and Master’s)

• Review and ensure that research students have fulfilled all graduation requirements and process them timely for the award of degrees

• Prepare submission to put up recommendation for approval by the appropriate approving authority for appeal cases and special requests

• Support process optimization and automation projects

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma with equivalent work experience/Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized University

• Experience in process automation projects is an advantage

• Proficiency in office IT applications and Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
