Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of sales executives to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
Strong relationship with interior designers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders in the building constructions industry.
Confident in presenting and articulating technical details to effectively promote High Pressure Laminates (HPL) and other products to architects, designers, developers, and project stakeholders, with the goal of achieving monthly sales targets.
Build new connections and grow our market presence.
Identify new opportunities, pitch Greenlam products, and win new accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
Strong ability to develop business opportunities, exceed sales targets, and drive market expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
