About the role
SimplyGo Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and proactive Officer, Card Operations Services to join our Operations team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing ez-link card operational workflows including processing refunds, resolving discrepancies, and supporting ongoing process improvements. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience. This role is based in our main office at Tanjong Pagar.
What you'll be doing
Investigate and process refunds and top-up related discrepancies within stipulated service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage blacklisting processes and ensure proper documentation and handling of cards and other form factors.
Liaise with the Customer Service team to resolve card or wallet disputes and ensure accurate updates in internal systems such as Card Management System (CMS).
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to address operational issues and support the smooth execution of ongoing and new projects.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and support the company’s digital transformation goals.
Maintain accurate operational records and ensure timely resolution of chargebacks and exceptions.
Be an active team player, supporting team functions and ensuring coverage during absences.
Participate in management initiatives to build operational competency and contribute to strategic objectives.
