Brief
The Sales and Marketing Executive (for local Singaporeans only and based in our office in Kaki Bukit, Singapore) will be looking into executing, planning and driving the sales and marketing strategy for our health and beauty products to customers, businesses or retail outlets. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with those needs.
Key Responsibilities
Introduce and promote health and beauty products in Singapore.
Drive sales by presenting the product benefits and explaining the features.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (key performance indicators) monthly.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Address customers' concerns and offer the most viable solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest health and beauty trends, product innovations and customer preferences.
Analyze competitors’ products and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand market demand.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase how they work and their benefits.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers in businesses.
Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with clients.
Close deals and finalize contracts with customers, ensuring both sides are satisfied with the terms of business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales performance.
Submit regular sales reports to management to track progress and outcomes.
Maintain inventory records and assist in stock ordering when needed.
Continuously learn about new products and services in the beauty sector.
Provide training and educational materials to customers or internal teams regarding the products being sold.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned or required by superior from time to time.
Requirements
Local Singaporeans only.
At least 1-2 year(s) working experience in sales and marketing is required for this position.
Experience in cosmetics / health & beauty / retail / FMCG is a plus.
Goal-oriented and focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Customer-centric and able to assess client needs and offer personalized solutions.
In-depth understanding of the skincare industry, including ingredients, benefits, and how they compare to competitors.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Resourceful, aggressive and result-oriented.
Possess good interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills.
Travel as and when required to perform assigned duties and areas of coverage.
Possess own transport and able to travel outstation when required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional info
We operate fully on-site. Candidates that we are looking for would be someone who loves being outdoor doing sales and marketing, and willing to commute to customers' sites and office.
