Responsibilities
Inbound and Outbound Management
Supervise the entire process of unloading, inspection, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure all goods are aligned with system records.
Allocate team resources effectively based on order priorities to meet accuracy and timeliness standards.
Cross-Border Logistics Management
Manage cross-border logistics processes in accordance with international shipping policies, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of international orders.
Inventory Control and Data Analysis
Monitor inventory levels in real time, conduct monthly and quarterly stocktakes, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze key reports (e.g., inventory turnover, fast-/slow-moving items) to improve accuracy and support operational decisions.
Process Optimization and System Enhancement
Continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and streamline warehouse operations to enhance efficiency.
Utilize ERP/WMS system functions, assist in optimization, and provide user training as needed.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and train warehouse staff, monitor team performance, and promote skills development.
Promote and implement 6S management principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), and issue timely alerts or reminders to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of international logistics regulations and compliance procedures.
Hands-on experience with cross-border logistics, including shipping and customs processes
Proficient in using ERP or WMS systems, with the ability to identify business needs, support implementation, and suggest system improvements.
Ability to lead, motivate, and coach team members.
Experience in setting and achieving KPIs and implementing workplace improvement strategies such as 6S principles.
