Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on rotating equipment (e.g., turbines, compressors, generators) through on-site visits and remote diagnostics
Deliver technical support and clear guidance to customers, helping maintain long-term service agreements (LTSA)
Prepare and present diagnostic and performance reports
Lead planned and unplanned maintenance, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients
Conduct root cause analysis during plant outages and emergencies, recommending corrective actions
Identify aftermarket sales opportunities during service visits and liaise with sales teams

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in project execution, commissioning, or mechanical engineering
Hands-on experience with rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, or other large-scale machinery
