Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

• Collaborate with HR in recruitment efforts and implement strategies to reduce staff turnover and absenteeism.

• Oversee onboarding and training to ensure seamless integration and ongoing development of team members.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set individual and team KPIs, and provide consistent coaching and feedback.

• Lead daily team briefings, manage shift schedules based on business needs, uphold grooming standards, and cultivate a positive work environment.

Sales & Business Operations

• Manage day-to-day store operations, driving sales targets and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Communicate sales goals and progress clearly to the team, taking immediate action to meet targets.

• Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Monitor competitor activities and store performance metrics to develop actionable strategies that enhance profitability.

Customer Experience Management

• Foster long-term customer relationships and lead initiatives to increase new customer acquisition through CRM efforts.

• Address customer feedback professionally and ensure the team adheres to service quality standards.

• Encourage and maintain a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service.

Visual Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Ensure the store environment is well-maintained, fully stocked, and visually aligned with merchandising standards.

• Supervise inventory processes to maintain accuracy and minimize loss, while coordinating with supply chain teams to resolve stock-related issues.

Financial & Operational Compliance

• Implement and enforce cash handling protocols and financial procedures.

• Communicate internal updates effectively, ensure compliance with audit standards, and complete additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Key Requirement:

• Over 6 years of experience in store operations or sales management, including 3 years in team leadership and development

• Background in retail, FMCG, or hospitality sectors is advantageous

• Highly service-oriented with a strong passion for the retail industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
