Job Scope & Responsibilities

· Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely

· Handle accounts payable and perform reconciliations timely

· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded

· Processing of payments

· Assist in cash flow management and forecast for assigned entities.

· Track and record metrics throughout sales process

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

· Singaporeans only

· Minimum Diploma/LCCI or its equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

· High degree of accuracy and attention to details with an analytical acumen

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software

· Immediate availability or within short notice is preferred
