Job Responsibilities:
Sells semiconductor manufacturing equipment and solutions to targeted market segment and customers in assigned region;
Assume on Key Account Management responsibilities as required;
Take on “Product Management” roles as assigned, acting as centralized contact window for our partner (principal) to rest of our internal members;
Implementing regional sales plans through regional sales team and strategic partners;
Supports and adheres to defined reporting structures and processes;
Establishes and holds the responsibilities to achieve sales objectives through company forecasting systems and developing annual product sales quotas for regions and territory partners;
Maintain expected sales volume growth and profit margins for existing and new products;
Maintains sales volume by tracking changing industry and customer business trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand as well as sales reporting processes;
Maintains individual and regional results by coordinating cross-regional efforts;
Prepares monthly or quarterly sales reports;
Maintains and coordinates professional and technical knowledge expansion by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies; and
Contributes to team effort by participating in the implementation of operational processes and systems.
Qualifications / Skills:
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in excess of U$2Mil/Yr.
Mature and sophisticated negotiation skills.
Diagnostic/consultation selling skills to determine customer needs.
High motivation for sales and new business development.
Proven customer service skills & relationships building.
Disciplined in completing sales planning and reporting processes.
Familiar with front-end and back-end Semiconductor industry and product knowledge.
Education and Experience (Requirements):
Diploma or Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
5+ years of working experience in sales and business development.
Capital equipment sales experience for front-end and back-end semiconductor manufacturing will have added advantage.
