Operations Executive (Taxi fleet operations) - #1097802

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning logistic fleet operational for taxi & PHC hiring of vehicles. 
• Manage a team of staffs in daily operational needs, eg daily allocation and driver management
• Scripting to generate Drivers and trip information for various operations dep tie Drivers Affairs, Technical, Fleet Safety ie accident count, Driver Movement (allocation and attrition numbers)
• Provide support for operations maintenance of Driver’s Incentive and Rental Contract scheme
• Liaise with Land Transport Authority on Fleet operations data
• Liaise with Department of Statistic (Consumer Index) and Sustainability report with ComfortDelGro group.
• Collate and managing Point to Pont (P2P) reporting.
• Improving process and manage data to provide analysis.
• Any adhoc duties assign in operations daily matters.

Job Requirements: 

• Min Diploma and above
• Background in customer service is a plus
• IT Savvy with Microsoft skills
• Good writing and communication skills
• Problem solving mindset
