Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Conduct 6S activity and ensure test process compliance
Monitor, guide and arrange test EAs team on daily testing operations
Updates daily report/ tracker/log from engineers and related partners such as daily/weekly test yield report, PCT tracker, Testing material inventory, etc…
Troubleshoot error codes on failed units per trained method or work instructions from Product /Test / Process
Daily Monitoring and work with engineers closely on kaizen & improvements for FPY/DPPM/FID/WMS issue on top error codes in production line
Daily Monitoring on PCT/Dwell Time and instruct test operators to ensure streamlined testing operations
Assist for validation process for new testing diags/firmware/batch releases
1st level Support for Solar test, GEHC inspection, OQA FPIA/CIC fail debug and testing thermal events
Raise & Update TD / email trigger within targeted time
Support audit, Comply to company rules & regulations
Other task assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / IT and/or Mechatronics
5 years or more working experience, prefer in manufacturing environment
Leadership Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building
Familiar with QA tools such as Fishbone, PDCA, DMAIC, 5Why, 8D
Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly

Working Days / Hours: 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6.00pm [Mondays to Fridays]
