Job Descriptions:

• Maintain full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset register.
• Prepare and review journal entries such as accruals, amortization, reclassifications, and forex adjustments.
• Perform accurate and timely monthly and yearly closing, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Generate and analyze financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, PMS, and TTC.
• Oversee AP and AR functions, including invoice verification, billing, collections, and aging reports.
• Manage fixed asset lifecycle: acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and periodic revaluation.
• Prepare and file corporate and withholding tax returns; liaise with tax consultants and authorities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3 years or more experience as an accounting manager.
• Experience working in audit firm and Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA)
