Internal Auditor (Senior) - #1097832

My client, a reputable and established European manufacturer is now looking to hire an Internal Auditor.

Reporting into the Internal Audit Director, the Internal Auditor will collaborate closely with business management to strengthen internal controls, enhance business performance, and support the Audit Committee by providing assurance on risk management and overall corporate governance. You will deliver audit reports of current processes and issues at a global level, providing detailed analyses within the business areas and make proper recommendations. Lastly, you will participate in the development and improvement of audit processes in areas within equipment installation and maintenance.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field, a professional certification (CA, ACCA etc.) and at least 5 years' internal audit experience. Candidates with prior experience in a Big 4 firm is highly desired. This role involves significant global travel, accounting for approximately 70% to 75% of your time. You will be described as an independent, meticulous and self-motivated individual.
