a) Assist operation team to follow up documents/ forms to customer related to Rental Agreement, Exchange note, Return Note, Rental Sales Order and Delivery Order.
b) Assist operation team in handling and follow up documentation when needed and perform general administrative duties. (e.g. data entry, document scanning, filing)
c) Source for quotation and prepare RO for operation and workshop department.
d) Assist to check the attendance management system with Timesoft, overtime calculation and etc.
e) Any ad-hoc duties required
