About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive! In this role, you'll start with 70% farming & 30% hunting during probation, then shift to 70% hunting & 30% farming after probation — perfect for someone who loves balancing client care with aggressive growth.

What You'll Do:

• Establish new contacts & develop new accounts

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Develop sales forecasts & marketing plans for key accounts

• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to hit growth targets

• Lead/support overseas marketing activities like seminars, tradeshows & exhibitions

• Monitor competitors & strategize accordingly

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in relevant field

• Minimum 3 years in BD/sales/marketing (MedTech or Precision Engineering preferred)

• Skilled in market research & company targeting

• Ability to generate new programs from potential & existing clients

• Experience in Medical Devices BD/marketing/project management is a plus

• Comfortable with independent overseas travel
