Job Description:
Schedule collections and deliveries for the logistics team.
Manage shipping documents related to import and export activities.
Oversee computerized weighing system processes, ensuring all records are accurately captured.
Perform data entry, invoicing, and filing tasks.
Coordinate office activities and operations to maintain efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle phone calls and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Assist with managing road tax and insurance renewals.
Undertake any other related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE “O” Level or Diploma in any field.
At least 3 years of administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
Accurate, meticulous, and eager to learn.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work in the Tuas South area.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break).
* Saturday: (Alternate) 8:30 AM to 12.30 PM.
