Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  • Manage stock inventory records, stock number updates, and maintain synchronization across multiple sales channels (online, offline, third-party platforms).

  • Liaise with warehouse and 3PL partners on receiving, dispatch, stock movements, and cycle counts.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for claims, defective goods, and replenishment orders.

  • Track stock run rates and forecast replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock levels.

Logistics & Fulfillment

  • Oversee and Co-ordinate daily logistics with shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Monitor 3PL warehouse operations to ensure SLAs are consistently met.

  • Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, customer complaints, and ensure timely resolutions.

Event Operations

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events, roadshows, and pop-ups.

  • Manage event logistics, floor planning, product placement, and onsite setup/teardown.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

  • Ad-hoc tasks inclusive

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain and analyze operational data for performance monitoring and process improvements.

  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

  • Generate regular reports to update management on key operational metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant discipline preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred (entry-level candidates with strong internship experience may also be considered).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets; ability to handle data sets and generate reports.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Positive, hands-on, and can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage.

  • Willing to work flexible hours when necessary to support events or peak operational periods.
