Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Manage stock inventory records, stock number updates, and maintain synchronization across multiple sales channels (online, offline, third-party platforms).
Liaise with warehouse and 3PL partners on receiving, dispatch, stock movements, and cycle counts.
Coordinate with suppliers for claims, defective goods, and replenishment orders.
Track stock run rates and forecast replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock levels.
Logistics & Fulfillment
Oversee and Co-ordinate daily logistics with shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor 3PL warehouse operations to ensure SLAs are consistently met.
Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) cases, customer complaints, and ensure timely resolutions.
Event Operations
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events, roadshows, and pop-ups.
Manage event logistics, floor planning, product placement, and onsite setup/teardown.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Ad-hoc tasks inclusive
Process Improvement & Reporting
Maintain and analyze operational data for performance monitoring and process improvements.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
Generate regular reports to update management on key operational metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant discipline preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred (entry-level candidates with strong internship experience may also be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets; ability to handle data sets and generate reports.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive, hands-on, and can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage.
Willing to work flexible hours when necessary to support events or peak operational periods.
